Senior E-Commerce Executive
What you’ll be doing?
- Lead and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of precise web content, including storefront design, product images, product details, promotions, and stock availability
- Oversee the integration of internal systems, including ERP, CRM, analytics tools, etc.
- Prioritize customer-focused UI/UX design to create smooth user experiences and identify opportunities for improvements in the customer journey and feature upgrades
- Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at enhancing core KPIs, such as conversion rates, sales, and average basket value, etc.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and new initiatives
Who are we looking for?
- Degree holder in Business Administration, E-commerce, Information Systems, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce and web project management
- Strong project management skills encompassing vendor, cross-functional, and stakeholder coordination
- Knowledge and experience in website optimization, UI/UX design, and web analytics tools
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript will be an advantage
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and Amazon Marketplace will be an advantage
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, independent, and a good team player
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Material Merchandiser (Fashion Accessories)
What you’ll be doing?
- Source and develop seasonal fabric (woven) and trims to meet the need of design
- Handle the lab-dip approval process for fabric and trims
- Review the lab test report and red flag the high risk items
- Researching and assessing new vendors to support the business and capacity growth and driving continuous improvement
- Evaluate both local and other markets to recommend the best source for a particular product or category of products
- Facilitate the contract negotiation process, finalize commercial clauses, and coordinate with cross-functional representatives to complete the deal.
- Introduce improvement measures for suppliers to support continuous development processes, cost optimization, and negotiation activities for continuous cost improvement
- Support new product development by involving suppliers in bringing possible technology proposals to supply chain management and R&D for introducing product technical concepts
- Handle any ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager
Who are we looking for?
- Diploma or above in Textile or Clothing with 5+ years merchandising/sourcing experience
- Good analytical, negotiation, communication, coordination and organization skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, with spoken Mandarin being an advantage
- Good knowledge of Woven fabric and Trims for fashion accessories
- Experience working with offshore factories is preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Problem-solving mindset
- Self-motivated, independent

Assistant Designer – Bags & Accessories
What you’ll be doing?
- Thorough research on current trends and products on the market
- Design and create new products that addresses both brand directive and commercial requirements
- Communicate your ideas effectively through hand sketching and various media
- Work closely with Product Development Team throughout the entire design process, including, prototyping and salesman’s samples
- Occasional travel to manufacturing partners
- A vocal team player — open to share ideas and receive feedback from colleagues
- Work with our diverse creative team on additional ad-hoc projects including products and graphics
Who are we looking for?
- Diploma or above in Design (Fashion or Product)
- 1-2 years of design experience in soft goods / bags category; Fresh Graduates will be considered
- Strong awareness of global fashion and material trends
- Good sense in fashion graphic
- Basic understanding of sewing techniques and bag construction
- Ability to work independently and proactive in problem solving throughout the product development process
- Fluent in Adobe Illustrator
- Good command of both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Willing to travel
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for Product Designer
