Senior HR & Admin Officer

 What you’ll be doing?

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions from recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and employees’ engagement etc.;
  • Identify the hiring needs and handle the employment cycle to support business growth which including but not limited to posting job ads, screening CVs, arranging and conducting interviews, as well as handling onboarding process;
  • Act as a business partner to help streamline policies, procedures and operations simplification and initiate employee experience enhancement;
  • Participate in regular HR exercises including annual performance review, budgeting, salary market research, insurance renewal etc.;
  • Plan and arrange company activities and events for enhancing employee relations and engagement;

Who are we looking for?

  • Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • At least 3 - 4 years' of working experience as a HR generalist role;

Product Development Merchandizer

What you’ll be doing?

  • Liaise with suppliers for samples development
  • Provide professional support on sample development, from conception to production, on project base
  • Maintain strong relationship with factories & production agent
  • Help the Product Development team to do in-depth market, industry and competition analysis and positioning
  • Follow ups and accuracy, tracking the timely arrival and quality of all the sample status, ensure the key milestone dates were met

What you’ll be doing?

  • Design innovative user interface and user experience on website, matching with the brand’s concept;
  • Deliver flow charts, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for a mobile-first e-commerce website environment;

  • Collaborate with local & overseas warehouses to establish smooth daily operations and SOPs
  • Coordinate with suppliers, 3PLs and customers for day-to-day logistics operations and ensure order accuracy
