Senior Retail Training Officer
What you’ll be doing?
- Create and provide comprehensive training materials for product training and retail frontline staff aimed at enhancing customer service and strengthening brand image;
- Design and execute training programs that equip staff with the necessary skills to enhance customer interactions and improve service delivery;
- Analyze product range performance to analyze product placement and optimize merchandising strategies for macro space optimization and effective planogram planning;
- Analyze sales data to derive actionable insights that drive sales growth and improve overall performance;
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the team.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Training, or a related field;
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in retail training, customer service, or a related area;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in planogram software and data analysis tools;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Senior Product Development Merchandiser
What you’ll be doing?
- Liaise with suppliers for samples development.
- Provide professional support on sample development, from concept to production, on project basis.
- Strong network on materials and trims supplier.
- Maintain strong relationship with factories & design team
- Assist the Product Development team to do in-depth market, industry and competition analysis and positioning
- Follow ups and accuracy, tracking the timely arrival and quality of all the sample status, ensure the key milestone dates were met
- Support ad-hoc duties as required
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years bags and accessories merchandising or product development experience with strong market sense
- Diploma or above in merchandising with design background will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of sewing techniques and bag construction
- Ability to work independently and proactive in problem solving throughout the product development process
- Fluent in Adobe Illustrator will be advantage
- Experience in product development process
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Occasional travel to factories (offshore)

Production Merchandizer (Bags)
What you’ll be doing?
- Compare samples (SMS) with tech pack details to ensure accuracy.
- Review comments on SMS and confirmation samples for quality assurance.
- Arrange internal handover meetings with the Product Development (PD) team.
- Host pre-production meetings with factories to align on requirements.
- Guide vendors, factories, and suppliers (China and offshore) in production planning.
- Monitor production processes through weekly Work-in-Progress (WIP) updates.
- Verify pre-production samples (PPs) against material specifications and packaging instructions.
- Ensure vendor provide pre-packing lists on time to facilitate inspection and shipping bookings.
- Review shipping samples (S/S or TOP) and seal as Golden Sample for inspection reference.
- Coordinate PSI bookings and third-party inspection arrangements.
- Summarize inspection results with comments for managerial review prior to shipment release.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., product development and supply chain teams) to streamline production workflows.
- Undertake occasional travel to factories as needed.
Who are we looking for?
- Diploma or above with at least 5 years of solid experience as a merchandizer, preferably in bags.
- Experience in direct coordination with offshore factories and nominated suppliers is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, organization, and negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including V-lookup and pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and independent with a problem-solving mindset and ability to propose solutions.
- Sourcing and costing analysis skills are an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Immediate availability is preferred.
