Why is my tracking number not valid?
If this is the case, SF Express has already picked up the parcel yet their website have not update the latest status yet. Please wait for another 1-2 days and check on the SF# again.

Forgot to enter a promotion code when you checkout?
Please send us an email at info@topologie.com along with your order number and the promotional code you would like to apply. We will try our best to revoke the order and apply the discount for you if it is applicable.
However, we will not be able to make adjustments after 7 days of purchasing.
Why does the discount did not apply to my order?
The 20% off second strap discount will be automatically applied to your order during checkout.
Only one discount could be applied per order. (e.g. second strap discount cannot be applied with the review discount at the same time)

How can I make changes or cancellation to my order?
Simply emailing us at info@topologie.com within 24 business hours will do. Be sure to include your order number.
However, we will not be able to make any adjustment to your order once it has been shipped.
Will my transparent phone case turn yellow?
Our transparent cases are made from TPU, a material that is durable and malleable, so they’re easy to fit, and offers high protection.
Clear TPU can turn yellow over time via a natural aging process due to color transference and chemical reactions when exposed to excessive amounts of heat, UV light, and chemicals. The level of yellowing completely depends on using habits and the environments in which the phone case is used.
Do your phone cases work with wireless charging?
Our cases do work with wireless charging. However, our cases are not compatible with MagSafe at the moment. Since the thickness of each case type varies, please check the product description or contact us for more accurate information.
How do I clean my Co-Create Phone Cases?
For cleaning your Co-Create Phone Cases, we recommend washing the affected area with clear water or non-alcoholic/non-acidic cleaning solution. Please wipe the surface of the phone case gently while cleaning.
