All Topologie products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the day of purchase. This covers any material faults and manufacturing defects.

However, damage caused by misuse, accident, lack of care, negligence, theft and loss, normal wear and tear, natural fading of colours or deterioration of materials over time is not covered under this warranty.

Order number, receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided in order to claim a warranty service.

Warranty replacements are limited to same make and model products, subject to our discretion. Replacement coverage does not extend beyond original warranty period.

For purchases made at O.N.S | Kapok, warranty will be provided by Topologie instead of the reseller's customer service. Please noted that the receipt is needed for claiming the warranty service.

Topologie Ltd. does not guarantee 100% protection for your smartphone. Scratches may occur from particles that can get inside the case. Handle with care and at your own risk.

Co-Create / topologie edit Phone Cases are the artwork of your unique creativity and design. Returns on customised item(s) for reasons other than product defect will not be accepted.

Co-Create Phone Cases are entitled to a one-time exchange of the same product within 6 months from the date of purchase.

Please note all strap products are subjected to a deviation of ±3cm due to manufacturing tolerance.
